Col Sharad Rastogi (Retd), an alumnus of National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy, was commissioned in Armoured Corps in June 1990. He served as a Military Observer for the United Nations Mission in Eritrea and Ethiopia. Col Rastogi additionally served as Director in the Ministry of External Affairs.
